i-Tailor.
Six modules that run
a tailoring house.

With AI in every one.

Custom tailoring houses grow by sending representatives across the world with swatch books and a measuring tape. i-Tailor is the platform that runs what happens next — Mail Order on tour, Manage on the floor, Ship to the door, Online and Vision for the customer, and DigitalFabric holding the cloth behind all of them. Every one of them has AI built into it, not bolted onto it.

01Measured

Twenty-two measurements, captured once.

Chest, waist, seat, sleeve, blade, stoop, drop. Taken in a hotel suite in Lagos or read by a vision model from two photographs — then held against that customer for life.

02Made

Cut, assembled, inspected — and tracked.

Every panel is allocated to the craftsman best suited to it, every stage carries a timestamp, and quality control sees what a tired inspector at 7pm might not.

03Delivered

A finished garment, and a customer who saw it first.

Previewed before it was cut, dispatched with its paperwork already written, and tracked to the door — the whole circuit closed inside one platform.

01The tour engine

i-Tailor Mail Order

Every city on your tour, running off one system.

Tailoring houses grow by putting representatives on planes — swatch books in hand, measuring tape in pocket, booking orders in hotel suites from Dubai to Detroit while the cutting floor keeps working back home.

i-Tailor Mail Order digitises that entire circuit. Customer records, measurements, style preferences, deposits and shipping details are captured once, on-site, and land in the home unit the moment they are saved.

Platform capability

  • Trip and appointment management

Plan tours city by city, hold appointment slots, and give every representative an offline-capable order pad that syncs when it finds a connection.

  • Customer and measurement master

One permanent profile per customer holding every measurement set, alteration, style note and past garment — retrievable years later on a repeat visit.

  • Order capture with deposits

Style selections, fabric codes, trim choices, delivery promises and part-payments recorded against the order at the point of sale.

What AI adds

  • Measurements from a photo pair

A computer-vision model derives a full measurement set from two phone photographs and a height reference, then hands the numbers to your representative to confirm rather than to type.

    Explore now
  • Handwritten order slips, read automatically

Our document AI transcribes handwritten measurement cards, WhatsApp notes and legacy paper files into structured fields — the same engine that powers our document digitizer.

  • Tour planning that predicts demand

Historical booking data forecasts which cities will fill, how many appointment slots to open, and which lapsed customers are due — so a fourteen-day tour is routed before it is booked.

  • Voice-to-order in the fitting room

A representative can speak the order — fabric, style, cuff, lining — in English, Hindi or Arabic, and a language agent fills the form while their hands stay on the tape.

02The operations centre

i-Tailor Manage

The floor, the craftsmen, and every order in flight.

Once an order is taken, i-Tailor Manage runs it. It assigns work to the right specialist by garment type and expertise, tracks progress through every stage, enforces quality control, and handles rework when a garment comes back.

Because status is live, anyone answering the phone can tell a customer exactly where their suit is — not what the schedule said last Tuesday.

Platform capability

  • Skill-based work allocation

Route jackets, trousers and waistcoats to the craftsmen who specialise in them, with visible workload per person and per stage.

  • Stage-by-stage production tracking

Cutting, stitching, finishing, pressing and QC each carry their own status, timestamps and owner.

  • Quality control and rework loops

Failed inspections raise a rework ticket against the original order so nothing quietly disappears from the schedule.

What AI adds

  • Allocation that learns your floor

The scheduler weighs each craftsman's historical throughput, rework rate and current queue for that specific garment type — not just who is free — and rebalances as the day moves.

  • Honest delivery dates

A forecasting model predicts completion from live workload, fabric availability and this garment's real complexity, and flags an order as at-risk days before the promised date slips.

  • Cut plans that save cloth

The marker is laid out against the actual bolt — its width, its nap direction, its pattern repeat — so the panels for an order nest into the least cloth that can still match at the seams. On a two-metre suit length that is the difference between a spare and a re-order.

  • Rework root-cause clustering

Reworks are grouped by cause, craftsman, fabric and pattern — turning a stack of complaints into the two or three fixes that actually move your defect rate.

03Dispatch and delivery

i-Tailor Ship

From the pressing table to their door, fully visible.

i-Tailor Ship takes over the moment a garment is boxed. It manages consignments, carrier handover and tracking, and keeps delivery status current against the original order.

Your team answers "where is it?" with a date, not a guess — which is most of what post-sale service actually is.

Platform capability

  • Consignment and manifest handling

Group finished garments into shipments, generate manifests, and hand off to your carriers with the paperwork attached.

  • End-to-end tracking

Carrier tracking events flow back onto the order timeline, visible to staff and to the customer.

  • Delivery confirmation and exceptions

Proof of delivery, failed attempts and returns are recorded against the order rather than living in a courier portal.

What AI adds

  • Customs paperwork, drafted for you

Garment composition and value are classified into HS codes and commercial-invoice text automatically — the part of international dispatch that most often stalls a shipment.

  • Delay prediction with proactive contact

Route, carrier and seasonal history predict late deliveries, and an agent messages the customer with a revised date before they think to ask.

  • Addresses that survive the border

Delivery details taken down in a hotel suite — in six alphabets, half of them abbreviated — are normalised against postal databases and checked for deliverability before the box is sealed, not after it is returned.

  • A support agent that reads the timeline

Customer emails and WhatsApp messages about delivery are answered directly from live order and tracking data, with anything unusual escalated to a human.

04Your storefront

i-Tailor Online

Bespoke ordering that never closes.

i-Tailor Online gives your customers a branded web portal to place orders, submit measurements and style preferences, and pay — at midnight, from another continent, without an appointment.

Orders placed online enter the same production and shipping pipeline as an order booked in a hotel suite. One workflow, two front doors.

Platform capability

  • Branded, configurable storefront

Your styles, your fabrics, your pricing rules and your identity — not a generic marketplace template.

  • Guided measurement capture

Step-by-step self-measurement with saved profiles, so a returning customer reorders in a minute.

  • Online payments and order tracking

Deposits or full payment on placement, and a customer-facing view of production and delivery status.

What AI adds

  • A conversational style advisor

Customers describe the occasion — a summer wedding in Goa, a City boardroom — and an agent proposes fabric, cut, lining and trim from your actual catalogue, with the reasoning shown.

  • Self-measurement, checked in real time

Submitted measurements are validated against body-proportion models and the customer's own history, catching the transposed digit before it reaches the cutting table.

  • Fit and alteration prediction

Past alterations on that customer's garments are applied forward automatically, so the second suit fits like the first one did after adjustment.

  • Recovery and reorder agents

Abandoned configurations, seasonal reorder prompts and post-delivery follow-ups run as agents with your tone of voice, not as a blast campaign.

05The digital swatch room

i-Tailor DigitalFabric

Ten thousand fabrics, and nothing to carry.

i-Tailor DigitalFabric turns your fabric collection into a digital showroom. Representatives present the full range on a screen instead of hauling swatch books through airports, and customers browse far more than a suitcase could ever hold.

The same digitised library feeds i-Tailor Online and i-Tailor Vision, so what a customer sees on tour, on the web and in preview is one catalogue.

A showroom screen displaying several hundred digitised fabric swatches, with a draped length of printed cloth on a mannequin beside it.

Platform capability

  • Structured fabric catalogue

Mill, code, composition, weight, width, price band and availability on every fabric, filterable in seconds.

  • Presentation mode for tours

A clean, offline-capable browsing view built for showing a customer fabric across a table, not for data entry.

  • Stock and pricing sync

Availability and price bands stay current across tour, web and preview so nothing is sold that cannot be cut.

What AI adds

  • Colour-true digitisation

Vision models normalise a swatch photographed under mill lighting into a seamless, colour-accurate, tileable texture — the difference between a fabric library and a folder of photographs.

  • Automatic attribute tagging

Weave, pattern, check scale, season, drape and formality are inferred from the image, so a ten-thousand-piece catalogue becomes searchable without a cataloguing project.

  • Visual similarity search

"Find me something like this, in stock, twenty per cent cheaper" is answered by embedding search across the entire library, including the mill ranges you can source but do not hold.

  • Range and buying intelligence

Selection and conversion data show which fabrics are viewed, chosen and reordered by region and season, informing what you actually buy next.

06WYSIWYG preview

i-Tailor Vision

See it. Like it. Order it.

i-Tailor Vision lets a customer wear the garment before it is cut. They browse your digitised fabrics, choose a style, and see a realistic preview of the finished outfit — updating as they change their mind.

Confidence is the point. A customer who has seen the suit orders faster, orders more, and returns less.

Platform capability

  • Live style configurator

Lapel, button stance, vent, pocket, lining and trim choices compose into a single previewable garment.

  • Catalogue-linked previews

Every preview is bound to a real fabric code, a real price and real availability — never a mock-up that cannot be ordered.

  • Straight into production

The configuration the customer approved becomes the specification the cutter works from.

What AI adds

  • Drape-aware fabric rendering

The preview respects how a specific cloth actually behaves — a heavy flannel does not fall like a tropical wool, and the render shows it.

  • Pattern matching across panels

Checks and stripes are aligned across the lapel, pocket and seam in preview exactly as they will be cut, so the customer approves the real garment.

  • Try-on from a single photograph

A customer's own photo becomes the model, so the preview shows the suit on them rather than on a studio mannequin.

  • Stylist pairings

Shirt, tie, pocket square and shoe suggestions generated against the chosen cloth and occasion — the upsell that feels like service.

The layer underneath

Six modules. One intelligence layer.

The AI is not bolted onto a screen here and there. It runs across the whole platform, on the operational data your business already produces — which is why it gets better the longer you run it.

Measurement intelligence

Vision-derived body measurements, validation against proportion models, and alteration history applied forward to every future order.

Document AI

Handwritten measurement cards, supplier invoices, mill packing lists and customs paperwork read into structured data.

Production forecasting

Completion-date prediction, capacity planning by stage, and at-risk order detection before a promise is broken.

Fabric vision

Swatch digitisation, automatic attribute tagging, similarity search and drape-aware rendering across the catalogue.

Customer agents

Style advice, order-status answers, reorder prompts and delivery updates handled in your voice, escalated when unusual.

Commercial insight

Which cities convert, which fabrics sell, which craftsmen rework — reported from the operational data you already generate.
